What is a Bid and how do I buy on Eze?

There are two ways to buy on Eze:

Place a bid: select any electronic device you want and insert the price you're willing to pay
Buy Now: instantly add your desired devices to your cart & checkout

A Bid signals your intent to buy -- it is your financial offer for an item on Eze. By default, bids are not placed in order from highest to lowest on an item’s product page. Rather, we display devices by order of their release date. If you’d like to sort devices in order of highest or lowest you can do so using the filter dropdown located at the top right of the shop page.

Placing a Bid

If you've placed a bid, the seller may either accept or provide a counter offer. In both cases, we will email you to keep you informed on the status of your bid. If the seller accepts your bid, you will have 24 hours to make your purchase before the bid window closes

Buy Now

If you don’t want to wait, simply select “Buy Now” on the product page to purchase your item(s) immediately. You can pay using debit/credit cards, via PayPal, and wire transfers. If you’re in the U.S. you can select “buy now, pay later” and delay payment for up to 120 days. We charge a 3% fee for all PayPal payments. Yes, we are able to ship to nearly every country around the world. At the moment, we’re only working with US based sellers but you can buy through Eze no matter where you are in the world.

What is an Ask and how do I sell on Eze?

An Ask signals your intent to sell - it is a listing designating the specific price that you are willing to sell your item for. By default, bids are not placed in order from lowest to highest on an item’s product page. Rather, we display devices by order of their release date. You can set the number of days until an ask expires: 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, or 60. You’ll get an email when your Ask is about to expire so you can renew it or let it go. You can cancel or update an ask anytime before it meets a bid.

**Placing an Ask ** If you have the lowest Ask, buyers who place a matching bid will automatically buy from you. If someone lists a lower Ask than you, they will win the sale, however, your Ask will remain active and could be accepted if it becomes the lowest ask again. Once your Ask meets a Bid, the transaction is automatically initiated.

Sell Now If you don’t want to wait, simply select “Sell Now” on the product page to sell the item immediately at the highest Bid. You’ll receive your payout once your item is shipped and verified by Eze.

How does shipping on Eze work?

We work with carefully selected logistics providers who deliver to various countries across the world. Upon purchasing, the buyer will always cover shipping costs. A shipping label is generated for the vendor to ship their devices once the customer has paid.

Please note:

||| The delivery standard on Eze is about 2 business days after validation of the order barring any issues while in transit. Please keep in mind that this is always subject to change depending on the seller. ||| Also keep in mind that every seller has a different cutoff time for shipping orders the day the orders are placed. It's not a guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. During the holiday season, the influx of orders and severe weather conditions can delay the delivery of your order.
