What is a Bid and how do I buy on Eze?

There are two ways to buy on Eze:

Place a bid: select any electronic device you want and insert the price you're willing to pay
Buy Now: instantly add your desired devices to your cart & checkout

A Bid signals your intent to buy -- it is your financial offer for an item on Eze. By default, bids are not placed in order from highest to lowest on an item’s product page. Rather, we display devices by order of their release date. If you’d like to sort devices in order of highest or lowest you can do so using the filter dropdown located at the top right of the shop page.

Placing a Bid

If you've placed a bid, the seller may either accept or provide a counter offer. In both cases, we will email you to keep you informed on the status of your bid. If the seller accepts your bid, you will have 24 hours to make your purchase before the bid window closes

Buy Now

If you don’t want to wait, simply select “Buy Now” on the product page to purchase your item(s) immediately. You can pay using debit/credit cards, via PayPal, and wire transfers. If you’re in the U.S. you can select “buy now, pay later” and delay payment for up to 120 days. We charge a 3% fee for all PayPal payments. All matched requests must be paid within 48 hours of being matched or your cart will be emptied. If you are unfamiliar with sending a wire, you can do it easily from your bank (usually for a small fee that varies by bank). Many banks allow you to send wires via their website. Ask your bank for details. Wire transfer confirmations may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Please make sure your bank teller is typing out both the account numbers and the address to ensure Eze receives payment.

The Buying Tab

In your Eze account, under the buying tab, you'll find three different categories: Current, Pending, and History.

Current: displays all of your available Asks
Pending: displays all of your confirmed sales
History: displays all completed sales
