I’m an individual, how do I buy a product?
Eze is a marketplace for wholesale quantities. We do not sell to individuals.
I signed up, what’s next?
You can begin posting Bids/Buy Requests. To Sellers: Congrats! You’ve been approved. You may begin posting Asks/Sell Requests.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. If you have any questions about how we would deliver to you then please contact us via customer support.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfillment centers in San Francisco, California and Walnut, CA.
Do you take debit/credit cards?
Eze accepts Wire Payments, Paypal, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. Eze does not accept payments via ACH bank transfer, check, or cash. Please note: In the case of a wire transfer, your order will only be triggered from the moment Eze receives and confirms your payment. Consequently, an order confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can check your order number, which should be kept.
Do I have to pay a membership fee to use Eze?
No, there is no membership fee to join and trade on Eze.
Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax.
Do products purchased through Eze come with warranty?
Yes, all devices come with a standard 30-day warranty.
I placed an order, how can I track it?
Once an order is shipped we will provide you with tracking information via email and accessible in your portal. If you don't receive this information, please feel free to contact us and we can provide that for you.
