Eze is a marketplace for mobile devices in wholesale quantities. We allow traders to buy & sell with real-time market data.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our fulfillment centers in San Francisco, California and Walnut, CA.
Do I have to pay a membership fee to use Eze?
No, there is no membership fee to join and trade on Eze.
What types of products are on Eze?
Currently the platform is only offering iPhones, however in the future more products will be added.
Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax.
I signed up, what’s next?
You can begin posting Bids/Buy Requests if you are a buyer or buy and Asks/Sell requests once you've have been approved as a seller.
I’m an individual, how do I buy a product?
Eze is a marketplace for wholesale quantities. We do not sell to individuals.
I placed an order, how can I track it?
Once an order is shipped we will provide you with tracking information via email and accessible in your portal. I you don't receive this information, please feel free to contact us and we can provide that for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. If you have any questions about how we would deliver to you please contact us via customer support.
Do you take debit/credit cards?
Yes, we accept both debit and credit cards, however processing fees will be added to purchases made with the payment methods.
Do products purchased through Eze come with warranty?
All devices come with a 30-day warranty.
