Why can't I sell yet?

How do I pay? How long do I have to pay?
You can pay for all orders through a wire transfer or using a debit card via PayPal or Stripe. All matched requests must be paid 30 minutes. Wire Transfer instructions will be included in your Matched Request email. If you are unfamiliar with sending a wire, you can do it easily from your bank (usually for a small fee that varies by bank). Many banks allow you to send wires via their website. What is a reseller’s certificate and why do I need it? Do all states require one?
A resellers certificate exempts buyers from paying sales tax on their purchases. We never collect sales tax on behalf of our sellers, and only sell to buyers who have state issued resellers certificates. Users in any state that has a sales tax must submit a resellers certificate to be approved on Eze. Can I apply if I am located outside of the United States?
Yes, we operate worldwide. At the moment we’re only working with US based sellers. But if you’re located outside of the US you can buy through Eze here.
What is a buyer's premium?
A buyer's premium is a standard auctioneering fee that helps cover the cost associated with sourcing products, marketing auctions, running the marketplace and managing services such as payment collection and listing processing. Our standard buyer's premium is 10% of the final bid price. Please keep in mind that this amount will be added to the final winning bid to arrive at the final amount due.
How do I make a purchase?
You can view all open Asks/ Sell Requests on the Browse page. If you can’t find the specific device(s) you’re looking for, you can create a Buy Request and it will automatically be matched when a compatible Ask is posted. Once it’s matched and you've paid, the devices will be routed to you.
What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept credit cards?
Eze accepts Wire Payments, Paypal, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. Eze does not accept payments via ACH bank transfer, check, or cash. Please note: In the case of a wire transfer, your order will only be triggered from the moment Eze receives and confirms your payment. Consequently, an order confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can check your order number, which should be kept.
How do I view pricing?

How can I get an alert when devices I want are added?
You can select which devices you want to follow by adding them to your watchlist on the Following page. If you create any open Bid or Ask then we'll automatically match your request when a compatible post is made.
How do I create an account? Is it free to join?
There is no membership fee to trade on Eze. You can create an account by going to our Login/Register page or by clicking here.
