What is an Ask and how do I sell on Eze?
Placing an ask: for any device you have in stock and what you're willing to sell for Selling Now: for any device that currently has an open bid at the price you want to sell for An Ask signals your intent to sell - it is a listing designating the specific price that you are willing to sell your item for. By default, bids are not placed in order from lowest to highest on an item’s product page. Rather, we display devices by order
How can I become a seller on Eze?
First you’ll need to fill out our 60 second seller’s application. Once approved, you can begin posting inventory to sell and selecting Open Bids to fulfill. You can apply as a seller here.
Can I apply to be a seller if I am located outside of the United States?
No, at the moment we’re only working with US based sellers. But if you’re located outside of the US you can buy through Eze here.
What is a reseller’s certificate and why do I need it?
A resellers certificate exempts buyers from paying sales tax on their purchases. We never collect sales tax on behalf of our sellers, and only sell to buyers who have state issued resellers certificates. Users in any state that has a sales tax must submit a resellers certificate to be approved on Eze. This may also be called a Sellers Permit, Sales Tax License, Sales and Use Tax Permit, Certificate of Authority or a similar name for your state. If you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hamps
Am I required to offer warranty?
Yes, all devices from verified sellers must come with a 30-day warranty. You can view our warranty policies here.
What types of products can I sell on Eze?
Currently we only allow most of popular electronics to be traded. If you have any devices you’d love to sell or buy through us, please fill our 30 second request form here!
How do I get paid?
We pay all vendors via bank wire transfer.
Do I receive customer information?
No, all customer information is private. Eze acts as the customer on all orders. All orders will be received by Eze and then sent to the customer.
Do I have to hold stock?
Yes, you can only post stock you physically have in your inventory.
I shipped my order, how can I track it?
Once an order is shipped we will provide you with tracking information via email and accessible in your portal. If you don't receive this information, please feel free to contact us and we can provide that for you.
What condition of devices can I sell on Eze?
We support all new and used grades for fully functional devices. Meaning we currently do not support dead or repair stock. You can view the grading criteria of all devices traded on Eze on our grading page or by clicking here.
